Endometriosis Warrior Planner

"After years of keeping track of my symptoms in apps, and diaries plastered with sticky notes ending with varying degrees of success, this planner finally ticks all the boxes I’ve been looking for. Finally, I can keep track of all of my symptoms, track my overall wellness, and keep track of meds when endo fogs my head up. I can’t express how much I love this planner! Thank you, Jess! 💛"

"Simply amazing !!! I am waiting to see a specialist and this planner has been the best tool to keep absolutely everything in one place for all of my medical team. Jess has gone above and beyond with these planners, taking absolutely everything into account from your pain to your nutrition and fluid intake and everything in between. The one thing I personally love the most is that the planner is easy for my husband to understand and relay the information to medical professionals when I am unable to. ie medications and exact medical terms for my conditions. Well done lovely you and going to improve the life of so many people with this amazing planner. If you are looking for a paper planner this is the one !!! Love it 💜"

About...
Now available on the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia's website & in clinic at FBW Gynaecology Plus, Ashford South Australia
My name is Jess, a Registered Nurse and endometriosis warrior from Adelaide, South Australia. Despite being a health professional, endometriosis was never included in my nursing curriculum and I had never heard of the disease prior to being diagnosed. I am currently unable to work due to the severity of the disease and I’m on a public waiting list to be seen by a gynaecologist as private health was ceased well over a year ago due to financial reasons.
I had noticed there are several electronic apps out there, but very few paper-based planners exist, giving me reason for pursuing this project. The planner covers all aspects of life as most if not all body systems are involved with endometriosis. This planner is intended for anyone wanting to manage pain and symptoms of endometriosis to improve overall health. This is considering pain plays a huge role in the chronic illness and has quite substantial impacts on quality of life. Trackers and logs can help identify any triggers, control flare ups and help predict them by keeping records. Additionally, side effects of medication and treatment can be monitored. This planner is handy to take along to doctor and specialist appointments as a written reminder with the convenience of important information being in one place. There are often lots of information to absorb with living with a chronic illness which can be unclear due to brain fog. It can also be shared to anyone wanting a better understanding of your health such as family members and friends, rather than just your health care team. The planner consists of:
· An A4 and A5 size that comes in a 3 and 12 month version
· Coloured front cover on 350gsm board
· Inside pages are black and white with easy to read font on 100gsm paper, perfect for handwriting
· Monthly blank calendars with motivational quotes
· Extensive daily two-page spread
· Nutrition and fluid intake
· Mood, sleep, exercise, pain, fatigue, symptom, period, trigger, goal, bill and appointment trackers
· Bowel movement and bladder function records
· Medication and intervention logs
· Monthly reflections
· Medical record, and doctor and specialist information
· Notes, to do lists and reminders
· Questions to ask doctors
· Ribbon page marker with charm
I hope this planner serves as a useful purpose as it has for me, to self-manage your chronic illness, with hope that an effective management plan is put into place, suiting your specific wants and needs.
